Updates on New Taiwan Customs Regulation
With effect from 1st July 2022, Taiwan Customs Authorities will implement the Real Name Authentication (RNA) which entails the pre-registration and pre-clearance for all consumer goods entering the country. Recipients are required to download the EZWAY application and abide by this new regulatory change.
To avoid delays of receiving your orders/parcels, pre-authentication process through the EZWAY application for each shipment is required. No reimbursement will be made if your orders are rejected at customs. For more information, please visit here.
Overseas delivery charges will be displayed at checkout and calculated based on weight and/or number of items in the order. Applicable customs/import duties and postal clearance will be included at checkout, unless otherwise stated.
